Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding successful hires — for both volume-based positions (such as field or operations roles) and corporate functions. This position plays a key role in ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent that aligns with our culture and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, job offers, and onboarding.
Volume Hiring Execution
Manage high-volume recruitment drives to meet manpower targets for field and operational roles, ensuring timely deployment of qualified candidates.
Corporate Recruitment
Partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand requirements and source candidates for professional, technical, and leadership positions.
Sourcing and Talent Pooling
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, partnerships, etc.) and build a strong candidate pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with department heads and HR partners to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and workforce planning.
Candidate Experience Management
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and uphold the company's employer brand.
Reporting and Analytics
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates to optimize hiring processes.
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and labor regulations, maintaining accurate and organized records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably handling both volume and corporate roles.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases is an advantage.
