Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

o Collaborate with the Recruitment team to implement sourcing strategies that identify potential candidates from various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, industry associations, and referrals.

o Proactively build and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates for various client assignments and future client needs.

  1. Candidate Screening and Assessment:

o Review incoming resumes and applications, evaluating qualifications, skills, experience, cultural fit and alignment with client requirements.

o Coordinate and conduct preliminary phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.

  1. Client and Candidate Coordination:

o Assist in coordinating client meetings, interviews, and candidate debriefings.

o Manage candidate and client communication, ensuring timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Initiate and maintain strong client relationships to deeply understand their organization, culture, and staffing requirements.

o Conduct detailed client consultations to gather comprehensive job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  1. Quota and Conversion: o Revenue responsibility minimum of P150,000 billing per month and may change depending on need or role assignment.

o Maintenance of at least five (5) active and five to seven (5-7) seasonal clients

  1. Administrative Support:

o Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

o Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, including job descriptions, interview schedules, and all recruitment related reports.

  1. Recruitment Strategy Support:

o Provide administrative support for client presentations and recruitment strategy development.

o Collaborate with clients to craft compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with their unique requirements.

o Offer expert insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to clients.

  1. Candidate Pipeline Maintenance:

o Proactively engage with candidates to build and nurture relationships, keeping them informed about relevant job opportunities.

o Contribute to a healthy and dynamic candidate pipeline.

  1. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

o Facilitate salary and employment contract negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

o Ensure a seamless onboarding process, delivering a positive candidate experience.

  1. Performance Metrics and Reporting:

o Maintain diligent records and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and client feedback.

o Regularly provide clients with detailed recruitment activity reports and insights.

  1. Continuous Improvement:

o Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in recruitment.

o Collaborate with the team to enhance recruitment processes, strategies, and tools.

  1. Ad hoc functions as business exigencies may require.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition; fresh graduates are welcome to apply provided they had relevant internship exposure in recruitment. We also welcome career shifters.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Self-starter, willing to learn and has initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment platforms (Indeed) is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced and client-driven environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet quotas and performance metrics.
  • Preferably with Sales Background/ Outbound calling experience.
