Job Overview

We are seeking a
Project Architect (Master Planning)
to lead and manage large-scale projects from concept through implementation. This role requires a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines including
urban planning, sustainability, engineering
, and
GIS analysis
. The ideal candidate has a passion for shaping livable, climate-responsive, and community-driven spaces.

Experience or interest in
urban design
,
hospitality
, and
mixed-use developments
is a strong advantage, along with a
sustainability-focused mindset
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural and master planning projects from concept design to construction documentation and implementation.
  • Develop design strategies, presentations, reports, and technical drawings in alignment with client goals and project vision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across various disciplines including Urban Planning and Sustainability.
  • Use spatial planning tools and GIS-based analysis to support data-driven decision-making in site development.
  • Contribute to the design and development of master plans for mixed-use, institutional, hospitality, and community-based projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and participate in project reviews during construction phases.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, zoning ordinances, and internal quality standards.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and coordination workflows to meet high-performance outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect
    in the Philippines.
  • At least
    3 years of experience
    in architectural design, project coordination, or master planning.
  • Experience in
    large-scale developments
    ,
    urban design
    , or
    hospitality planning
    is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
    , and
    Adobe Creative Suite
    . Knowledge of
    ArchiCAD
    is a plus.
  • Familiarity with
    GIS tools
    (e.g.,
    QGIS
    ,
    ArcGIS
    ) and spatial data analysis is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of
    sustainable planning and design principles
    .
    BERDE or LEED accreditation
    is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
