Job Description:

The Project Intern Architect shall be responsible for producing drawings required for Internal Studies, Project Approval, and studies for existing malls requiring upgrades or changes. He/She shall also be responsible for any other reasonable duties that may be required by management from time to time. Additionally, he/she should provide technical support to the project during the various stages of the development cycle, including land acquisition, planning, construction, marketing, and project turnover.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of BS Architecture

· Knowledgeable in CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch up, Lumion, and Microsoft office programs

· Basic background on design management and design flow processes / procedure

· Applicants must be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· Basic knowledge of architectural building systems

· Preferably with experience in Retail industry

· Must be willing to work in Makati

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From Php204,000.00 per year
