We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Architect to support design and documentation efforts on construction projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to infrastructure and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop technical drawings, support project planning, and ensure design intent aligns with construction feasibility and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; licensed architect preferred (non-licensed applicants with relevant skills may be considered).
  • 1–2 years of experience in architectural design, planning, or project coordination.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, design standards, and construction processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD or design software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • LEED Green Associate or OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to assist in developing architectural plans, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Capability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients as needed.
  • Willingness to conduct site visits and support project monitoring.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work within a collaborative team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
