WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Produce working drawings and 3d rendering
  • Monitor assigned project/s
  • Conduct site inspection/measurement
  • Attend project meetings
  • Liaise with business units, LGU, lessors, consultants and contractors

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Licensed Architect
  • Residing within NCR, as we don't offer relocation assistance.
  • Willing to work in Makati Office
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Willing to travel
  • Has high degree of attention to details and organized
  • Has good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CAD and 3D Rendering (SketchUp + Enscape)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
