Responsibilities

  • Design and development:

Create architectural designs, schematics, and construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Client and team coordination:

Act as the primary contact for clients, gather project requirements, and coordinate with internal staff and external consultants (e.g., structural, mechanical engineers, interior designers).
- Project planning and management:

Prepare comprehensive project plans, specifications, and related documents; oversee schedules and budgets; and maintain project documentation.
- Compliance and quality control:

Ensure strict adherence to building codes and standards; obtain necessary approvals; and review shop drawings, submittals, and material recommendations to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Construction oversight:

Monitor construction progress, respond to requests for information (RFIs), manage contractor claims, and support successful project delivery.
