QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer with at least 3yrs related experience
  2. For Architects, must have a working knowledge in BIM Applications (Revit and/or Archicad), Proficient in Sketchup and Enscape or Lumion
  3. For Engineers, must be proficient in Autocad
  4. Above average oral and written communication skills
  5. Willing to work in Marikina City

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: (Project Architect)

  1. Leads the team in preparing drawings and other design documents
  2. Conducts project presentations to Clients
  3. Coordinates works between trades, prepares shop drawings, requests for information and other submittals as needed.
  4. Conducts site inspections and prepare inspection reports, oversees the construction of projects, secures work permits and other site-related works.
  5. Keeps the office files updated, intact and secured.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: (Project Engineer)

  1. Shall act as full-time Project Inspector and Coordinator at site during construction of certain projects

  2. Prepares Cost Estimates and facilitates Bidding of Projects
