Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring quality service and efficiency
  • Manage, train, and motivate F&B staff to maintain high service standards
  • Monitor inventory, budgets, and cost control measures
  • Collaborate with chefs and staff on menu planning and event execution
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused, hands-on, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
