Duties and Responsibilities

 Assists and promptly respond to clients' queries, concerns, or feedback.

 Coordinates with the F&B service team of their concern with the clients.

 Pay close attention to every detail to stay on top of any issues.

 Responsible in serving the guests, making sure that everything is within service standard of the Pavilion.

 Responsible for the cleanliness & safekeeping of all equipment within the Pavilion.

 Assist in the preparation of all equipment needed in the day-to-day operations (mis-en-place).

 Studies the menus, familiarize oneself with the house specialty, as well as out of stocks.

 Places & pick up orders in the Main Kitchen.

 Clears tables & soiled dishes.

 Doing any assign task, that is in conjunction to F & B service operation requirements.

 Submits reportorial requirement as deemed by the Management accurately and on time.

 Attends the weekly meeting.

Other Qualifications and Technical Knowledge/Skills:

 Competent to speak English.

 Proficient in oral and written communication.

 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to prioritize tasks.

 Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

 Results oriented.

 Has strong service orientation to cater Pavilion's clients.
