Job Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the

company's Food and Beverage (F&B) business. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong

operational expertise and the ability to drive business performance, ensure service excellence,

and maintain profitability. The General Manager oversees daily operations, manages teams,

and develops strategies that promote growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee all daily F&B operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service

delivery.

Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance business performance and

profitability.

● Provide strong leadership and direction to all departments, fostering teamwork,

accountability, and a culture of excellence.

● Manage and mentor staff to ensure professional growth, high morale, and consistent

performance.

● Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to achieve company targets.

● Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for process and

service improvement.

● Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.

● Lead business development initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth.

● Prepare regular reports for management on business performance and operational

status.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a General Manager or senior operations role

within the Food & Beverage industry.

● Strong background in Operations Management, with proven ability to improve

processes and achieve results.

● Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and

manage diverse teams.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.

● Sound financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and

forecasting.

● Proficiency in MS Office and F&B management or POS software.
