  • Daily Operations: Monitor the daily activities of all membership clerks and their daily remittances.
  • Auditing: Ensure that encoded application forms are audited for accuracy and completeness.
  • Member Services: Oversee member service functions, including reportorial, clerical, and filing tasks.
  • Repairs and Refunds: Monitor repair and refund functions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Safekeeping and Housekeeping: Ensure proper safekeeping of documents and maintain housekeeping standards in the membership area.
  • Marketing Activities: Supervise marketing activities such as telemarketing and special events to promote membership growth.
  • Goal Setting: Assist in setting daily, weekly, and monthly marketing goals for the membership team.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of membership clerks and provide feedback to support their development.
  • Business Outreach: Visit business establishments and submit proposals to promote the company and attract new members.
  • Member Follow-up: Follow up with inactive members in nearby areas to encourage re-engagement.
  • Standards and Training: Ensure proper grooming standards, uniform compliance, and courtesy towards members, fellow employees, and company officers. Provide training and skills development to subordinates.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Membership Manager or other senior management

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: College Graduate

EXPERIENCE/SKILL: At least one (1) year experience in related industry, Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills; computer literate

PERSONALITY: decisive, self-motivated, goal/ result and people-oriented
