This role will be reporting to Contingent Worker Program Supervisor.**Essential Functions:*** Assist the Global Contingent Workforce programs day-to-day management and compliance, data management, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners and the service providers* Provides guidance to managers globally in onboarding Contingent Workers* Work with HR & IT to ensure that access to secure environments, systems and buildings are closely monitored to prevent security/IP threats.* Contract management* Workday onboarding, and data management**Preferred Qualifications:*** Fresh graduates are welcome to apply* Strong interpersonal skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills* Knowledge of Workday, DocuSign and Conga system is a plus*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
