We are looking for a Finance Junior Manager

Qualifications:

  • 5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or related functions
  • 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Skilled in budget management, financial reporting, modeling and analysis, forecasting, loan applications, capital raising, and ensuring tax and compliance adherence.
  • Proficient in Xero or SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
  • Monday to Friday, day shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with tax regulations and internal controls.
  • Conduct financial modeling, analysis, feasibility studies, and support loan applications and capital-raising activities.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all financial processes and deliverables.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and professional growth.
