Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative/ Admin Staff. The Customer Support Representative/ Admin Staff will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, booking appointments, providing support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, coordinating with onsite technicians, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 1- 3 years and above Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience experience
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and maintain a high standard of service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in IT support or a related field is a plus
  • College/Vocational diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
