About the role

StaffSmart Outsourcing is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This is a virtual role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in the Alabang, Muntinlupa.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
