About the role

StaffSmart Outsourcing is currently seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
  • Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and identify areas for improvement
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred, but not required
