About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly face of our company, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Working in our dynamic call centre environment, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, resolving customer issues, and delivering a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time role based in Cavite Calabarzon.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and effective assistance
  2. Listening attentively to customer concerns and proactively resolving issues
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on products and services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor, as needed
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  4. Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  5. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  6. Fluency in English and the local language (Tagalog)
