About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Cavite City Cavite. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency
  3. Documenting and tracking customer interactions to ensure effective follow-up and continuous improvement
  4. Providing product and service information to customers and answering their questions
  5. Referring customers to appropriate resources or escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed
  6. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, even in challenging situations
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Proficiency in customer service software and computer applications
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
