We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Medical Insurance Accounts Receivable Specialists. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of healthcare billing and insurance follow-up — no prior experience required, just a willingness to learn and grow

What You'll Do:

  • Review and follow up on unpaid or denied medical insurance claims
  • Verify patient insurance information and update account records
  • Contact insurance companies to resolve billing issues and secure payments
  • Research Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and claim details
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity goals

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer and data entry skills (Excel, Outlook, Internet)
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Experience with Epic or medical billing software is a plus — not required
