Office Space Leasing Manager

Oversees the leasing of all vacant office spaces within the building, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue. Handles tenant inquiries, negotiates lease terms, and coordinates with property management to maintain tenant satisfaction and smooth leasing operations.

Their key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve full occupancy of office spaces.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, conduct site tours, and present available spaces to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract renewals in line with company policies.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements and other related documentation.
  • Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy.
  • Maintain updated records of available spaces, lease expirations, and tenant database.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to recommend competitive pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in office space or commercial real estate leasing, property management, or tenant relations.
  • Strong background in negotiating and executing lease agreements.
  • Experience working with the corporate tenants.
  • Must be willing to travel to oversee the different properties.
  • Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); Excellent interpersonal skills
