Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Associate I supports the firm's HR and administrative operations with a focus on accurate timekeeping, employee records management, and exit process facilitation. The role also provides generalist HR support including recruitment assistance, compliance with statutory requirements, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee timekeeping records; validate attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Manage employee 201 files and digital HR records ensuring confidentiality, organization, and compliance.
  • Assist in handling employee movements such as resignations, clearances, and exit interviews.
  • Provide support in recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee engagement programs when needed.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies, HR memos, and compliance with labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, document routing, logistics coordination, and office supply monitoring.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and coordinate with government agencies or external partners as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.
  • Preferably with experience in HR operations, timekeeping, and records management.
  • Keen attention to detail, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
