Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented People & Culture Associate to join our HR team. This role will support the day-to-day operations of our People & Culture function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. As a key point of contact for employees, you'll help foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our values and mission.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring proper documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, leave tracking, and HR reporting as needed.
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
