Qualifications:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or maritime related courses


• Experience: At least 1 year experience


• Skills:

  • Basic knowledge in engine machinery is an advantage but not required
  • Basic knowledge in loading and discharging operation of tanker vessels
  • Basic knowledge in procurement/purchasing
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Brief Job Description

  • Assist in planning and coordinating tanker vessel schedules, loading, and discharging operations.
  • Monitor vessel movements, port clearances, and berth arrangements in coordination with port agents and authorities.
  • Maintain operational documentation, including voyage reports, cargo records, and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate with vessel master's and crew to ensure smooth communication and compliance with operational instructions.
  • Support implementation of safety, environmental, and quality standards in line with MARINA, PPA, and international maritime regulations.
  • Assist in procurement and coordination of spares, supplies, consumables, and services required for vessel operations.
  • Provide administrative support in tracking vessel performance, incident reports, and compliance audits.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the Operations Manager to ensure continuous support for tanker operations.
