Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biology, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business/Management/ Entrepreneurship or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino, Korean is advantage but not required
- Work experience in the Medical Industry is an advantage
- Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00PM
- Office is located in Ortigas, Pasig City (to be relocating on Megatower )
Scope of Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure smooth operations in the company.
- Responsible to supporting the sales and marketing team and the executives.
- Ensure alignment across functions.
- Accomplish clerical tasks and document works;
- Update records and comply to government set deadlines
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure office supply inventory
- Report to managers
- Record-keeping and data processing
- Assist in several exhibitions/congresses, conferences and trade shows to support the sales and marketing team
- Process any documents, licenses and other government and operations-related requirements.
