As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to business travelers, handling bookings for flights, hotels, and rental cars utilizing Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Your role will involve promptly addressing traveler inquiries and ensuring efficient resolutions.

Job Description:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to corporate travelers

  • Booking and managing travel arrangements using GDS commands

  • Managing flight ticket refunds and reissues via GDS

  • Professionally resolving traveler inquiries and issues

Main Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in GDS commands for travel bookings

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
