JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at Twin Star Pacific Foods Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records and processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Create Accounts Payable Vouchers and prepare EWT for purchases or payments made by the team
  • Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
  • Reconciling bank statements and resolving anydiscrepancies
  • Supports the Finance Team in financial reporting andcompliances such as preparation of VAT Relief, EWT and similar BIR Forms
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team asneeded
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting standards andregulations

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
  • Minimum of 2 yrs work experience in a similar field
  • Willing to be trained in Quickbooks and Accounting Processes
  • Can communicate both in Filipino and English Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrityand confidentiality
  • Willing to work with shifting schedule [weekends]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
