About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our thriving All Done 88 Construction Corporation team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and generating financial reports
  2. Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  3. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies
  4. Providing administrative support to the Finance team as needed
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a Bookkeeping or Small Practice Accounting role, preferably within the construction industry
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  3. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  4. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Degree in Accounting or a related field
