About the role
Join the dynamic team at Worldclass Assist Resources Inc. as an Accounting Staff. In this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the accounting operations of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Perform general accounting duties such as data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable processing
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and analysis
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry
- Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets and financial reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of financial information
