About the role

Join the dynamic team at Worldclass Assist Resources Inc. as an Accounting Staff. In this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the accounting operations of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform general accounting duties such as data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of financial information
