About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at Twin Star Pacific Foods Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records and processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed Adhering to all relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to be trained in Quickbooks and Accounting Processes Can communicate both in Filipino and English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality
  • Willing to work with shifting schedule [weekends]
