Position Title: ACCOUNTING STAFF
Purpose of the position:
Accounting Staff performs routine accounting tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and reconciling accounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate and update accounting records related to monitoring of Assets, insurance, and claims
- Verify and prepare accounting entries to record Income, purchase, and expense transactions
- Prepare schedule of accounts
- Assist in preparations documents requested by other departments
Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:
- Candidate must possess degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in General Accounting/ Finance/ Payables
- Knowledgeable in Bookkeeping, Fixed Asset, Inventory Analysis, Costing, Insurance and Real estate transactions is an advantage
- Must possess good analytical skills
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Keen to details and with a high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Can handle multitasking with minimal supervision
- Willing to assign in Cabuyao, Laguna and Makati City
