Overview

Our Company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Staff member to join our finance team. If you are passionate about numbers, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in accounting software SAP, or similar and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • [Optional: CPA certification or progress toward certification is a plus.]
