What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Advertise open positions on job boards and manage application tracking
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual
  • Conduct reference and background checks on candidates
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR assistant role
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using HR and applicant tracking
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
