Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Production Manager and Project Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, with your time split evenly between two key areas. You'll focus on general administration, tracking tasks, and ensuring our projects and factory work flow smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Support our team: Provide essential administrative support to both the Production Manager and Project Coordinator.
  • Keep us on track: Manage and update schedules, production timelines, and task trackers to keep everything moving.
  • Monitor progress: Help monitor and report on factory capacity and overall workload.
  • Organize documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain all project and production-related documents.
  • Facilitate communication: Coordinate communication between different departments and with external partners as needed.
  • Handle daily tasks: Assist with data entry, reporting, and other day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Improve our processes: Document procedures and processes to ensure a smoother handover and onboarding experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong Administrative Skills: You should have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills are a must
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency with MS Suite, specifically MS Excel, is an advantage.
  • Adaptability: The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Team Player: You should be proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role is preferred.

Work Set-up: HYBRID (2 days on site, 3 days WFH)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
