About the Unit:

The Cross border Unit focuses on handling the challenges presented by international shipping from Regional Partnerships Office, China Sales Office, and Export Services. The Unit handles the intricate paperwork, customs regulations, and potential delays that arise when moving goods across borders. This unit also ensures smooth transit by working closely with customs agencies, managing international documentation, and keeping on top of ever-changing import/export rules.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervision of warehouse activities and laborers in Special Projects Warehouse.
  • Responsible for monitoring of all shipment and parcel movements and condition within the warehouse.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting for warehouse activities and warehouse logs throughout the week.
  • Responsible for performing and ensuring service recovery effort is performed in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics or related field
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in Google workspace
  • Must be familiar with or knowledgeable about working in a cross-functional team

Work Location and Schedule:

  • Work Schedule: 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Setup: Full onsite
  • Location: Parañaque
