Job Description :

  • Accompany cargo deliveries to clients, when required, to ensure smooth turnover and documentation compliance
  • Monitor the progress of customs entries and proactively follow up to ensure timely clearance and release
  • Liquidate cash advances by submitting all required supporting documents accurately and within the given timeframe
  • Review and evaluate shipment documents promptly to identify discrepancies or issues that may affect customs processing Conduct physical Inspection of cargo, document any damage and report findings to the office with supporting photographic evidence
  • Process payment of forwarder and shipping line charges and liquidate cash advances.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of BS in Customs Administration and other Logistics course
  • Knowledge in Customs and Tariff laws and Goods Declaration
  • Reliability, Integrity and Meticulous, Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • With own motorcycle and valid Driver's license (Non-Professional or Prof License)
  • Willing and able to travel for document runs and client deliveries, especially within PEZA Zones
  • Must have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity in handling sensitive documents and cargo
