WE'RE HIRING: Administrative Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of our company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations by supervising administrative staff, managing office processes and systems, supporting various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall office management and daily administrative operations.
- Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Manage records, documentation, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Ensure company compliance with policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Provide strategic administrative support to management to enhance business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Holding a nursing license is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in administrative management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
