  • Vehicle Management and Maintenance
  • Ensure the proper care and upkeep of the assigned company vehicle, including scheduling and tracking of regular preventive maintenance and timely reporting and coordination of any necessary repairs.
  • Trip and Mileage DocumentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date odometer logs and trip records for all assignments, ensuring compliance with company documentation procedures.
  • Vehicle Reservation CoordinationAssist in overseeing and managing the vehicle reservation system or schedule to ensure optimal availability and efficient allocation of transport resources.
  • Incident and Damage Reporting
  • Promptly report any vehicular accidents, damages, or personal injuries encountered during duty to the Admin Assistant or Admin Assistant Manager, following the established incident reporting protocol.
  • Transport ServicesSafely transport IGO personnel and perform all assigned driving tasks as directed by the Admin Assistant or Admin Assistant Manager, ensuring timeliness, professionalism, and adherence to traffic laws and company safety standards.
