
Internal Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
The Internal Admin provides administrative and operational support to the HR and Recruitment team. The role ensures
that all recruitment activities from job posting to initial interviews are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance
with the company policies and labor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize candidate database/monitoring and interview schedules.
Prepare recruitment-related reports, applicant monitoring, job posting status, and hiring progress.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding the list of job requirements and openings.
Management and file all recruitment documents.
Post job vacancies on different job platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
Sourcing of candidates on job portals.
Coordinate interview schedules and conduct initial phone screening and interview.
Communicate with candidates regarding application updates and status.
Assist in events management.
Perform internal administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or related field.
At least 1-2 years if administrative or recruitment support experience (preferably in a BPO or corporate
environment).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and confidential environment.
Willing to work on-site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
