Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Timekeeping Management: Manage and maintain time and attendance records, including tracking hours worked, leave, and attendance patterns. Excellent MS Excel skills is a must
  • Payroll Management: Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for various operating companies, ensuring precision and timeliness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Detail Orientation: Collaborate with HR, finance, and departmental teams to validate and update employee information, tax details, and deductions.
  • Critical Thinking: Address and resolve employee inquiries related to timekeeping, paychecks, and payroll procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations governing payroll, including tax withholdings, wage garnishments, and labor laws.
  • Analysis: Generate reports and analyze payroll data to support decision-making, reporting, and auditing.
  • Compliance & Market Competitiveness: Keep abreast of labor laws and industry changes to maintain adherence to relevant legislation.
  • Project Management: Assist in the implementation and optimization of timekeeping and payroll systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Math or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits administration
  • Demonstrated experience in timekeeping and payroll administration.
  • Certified Payroll Professional, Fundamental Payroll Certification, etc.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software, such as SAP, Jeonsoft, ADP, P2U, or similar systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping and payroll. Familiarity of labor laws in Guam and HK is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
