The Finance Analyst for Treasury & Disbursement is responsible for managing the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity, and overseeing timely and accurate disbursement of funds. The role ensures efficient treasury operations, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash position and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
  • Manage disbursements, including vendor payments, payroll funding, and other company obligations.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank transactions and balances.
  • Assist in forecasting short-term and long-term cash flow requirements.
  • Coordinate with banks regarding fund transfers, account management, and other treasury services.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies in all disbursement activities.
  • Support audits by providing necessary treasury and payment-related documents.
  • Recommend process improvements to optimize cash management and payment systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in treasury, disbursement, or cash management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP/financial systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
