Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management:Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage the performance of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Operational Oversight:Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and coordinate between different departments.
  • Customer Service:Maintain high standards of customer service, handle guest complaints, and work to improve the overall dining experience.
  • Financial Management:Assist with budgeting, tracking costs and sales, managing payroll, and balancing financial records to ensure profitability.
  • Inventory and Supplies:Manage inventory levels, order necessary supplies and ingredients, and minimize waste.
  • Compliance and Standards:Ensure the restaurant adheres to health, safety, and food safety regulations, creating a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Support to Management:Assist the Restaurant Manager with developing and implementing policies, procedures, and marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
