Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for Account Receivable coordination & delivery for CPL business.
  • Establish and manage team that provides accurate, comprehensive payment allocation / tracking/conformance handling and optimized payment methods to countries.
  • Provision of total quality customer service to internal and external customers in relation to query management for payment and allocation.
  • Ensure data held on customer payment and allocation is accurate, maintained and relevant and up to date business reporting provision.
  • Creates effective accounts receivable process- focus on speed and accuracy and seeks to help progressively steer customers onto the more progressive payment methods such as E Billing/auto allocation.
  • Seeks to review OPCOS' processes and seek to migrate to proven methods such as lock box to help reduce cost to serve and directly improve accuracy and customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to Data Quality standards.
  • Manages relationship within complex account structures to develop optimized payment process.
  • Works with the OPCOS to enable decisions to achieve fair resolution – help to prevent any impact to cash flow or customer defection.
  • Establishes improvements in Account Receivables and progressively leads business changes to achieve class leading payment control and allocation progressing through the respective Finance Maturity roadmaps.
  • Enhanced use of MSNav system and structured accounts receivable process - Intention to achieve optimized consistency in payment handling.
  • Defines account receivable policy and works with OPCOS Finance and other shared services team to implement agreed deployment and control of payment

  • Ensure staff and suppliers act in accordance with all appropriate safety legislation and guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze service management KPIs.

Qualification:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Finance or any related course.
  • At least 3 years experience in Account Receivables.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Knowledgeable in ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS NAV).
  • Computer literate with advanced Excel skills.
  • Good in data analysis.
  • Able to establish credibility with internal/external customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
