Legal Virtual Assistant – Document Review

DeleGreat is looking for a meticulous and organized Legal Discovery Assistant to support attorneys and legal staff in managing the discovery process for landlord-tenant and property management cases.
This role involves collecting, organizing, and reviewing documents and evidence to ensure timely and accurate responses to discovery requests, subpoenas, and legal filings. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, understands legal terminology, and has knowledge of California landlord and tenant laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the legal discovery process by organizing and tracking documents, exhibits, and evidence.
- Review and categorize discovery materials for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure timely responses to requests.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and basic legal documents as directed.
- Coordinate with attorneys and team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive case information.
Qualifications:
- Fluent spoken and written English required.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and basic understanding of litigation processes.
- Experience in legal discovery or document management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with California landlord and tenant laws is required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php650.00 per hour
