The Role

As a Remote Junior Property Manager, you'll provide vital back-office support for the management of residential and mixed-use blocks in London. Unlike a traditional client-facing property manager, your focus will be on administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about UK property management while working remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Arrange and coordinate maintenance work and repairs by liaising with contractors
  • Obtain and compare quotes for property-related works
  • Monitor and track compliance requirements (e.g., safety certifications, inspections)
  • Onboard new clients and ensure all details are properly logged into the system
  • Keep CRM and property management systems updated and accurate
  • Assist with service charge budgets, invoicing, and record-keeping
  • Support insurance renewals and claims processes
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for management review

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management or related fields is a must
  • At least 2 years of professional administrative or operations experience
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace; CRM experience preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace at home
