About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manpower Specialist to join our dynamic team . This full-time role will be based in Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in driving the success of our store operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage manpower allocation and assignment to various retail locations based on operational needs.

  • Conduct interviews and support the recruitment process to select suitable candidates.

  • Check and manage Daily Time Records (DTRs) to ensure accurate attendance tracking.

  • Verify payroll data to ensure correctness and timely processing.

  • Set and adjust work schedules for staff to optimize store coverage and operational efficiency.

  • Provide introductory support and assistance to new employees for smooth onboarding.

  • Oversee employee relations and act as a direct liaison with staff agencies to resolve staffing issues and ensure workforce stability.

-Experience in HR background

-Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

-Flexible and easy to adapt

-Can Speak English,much better if can also speak a little Chinese.
