Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in US healthcare to join our team. The role involves coordinating with patients and healthcare providers, scheduling appointments, and providing timely assistance to ensure a smooth healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments based on availability and patient needs.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services, appointment details, and policies.
- Handle inquiries regarding insurance verifications, billing, and other healthcare-related concerns.
- Address and resolve patient or provider concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain updated records of patient interactions and appointments in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Proactively follow up with patients and providers to confirm appointments or address any issues.
- Support providers with administrative tasks to ensure streamlined operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare coordination in the US healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, terminologies, and HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or certification in healthcare or customer service.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a strong advantage.
