Company Description

Jal Yoga is a unique yoga, Pilates, and barre concept studio that first opened in Singapore in January 2018. Since then, it has expanded to several countries, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Dubai, and most recently, the Philippines in 2024. In the Philippines, Jal Yoga currently operates two branches—one in Alabang, which opened in August 2024, and another in Makati, which opened in July 2025—with a third branch set to open soon in Greenhills. The studio is dedicated to inspiring individuals to go beyond their perceived physical and mental limits. Jal Yoga operates from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekends.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Alabang or Greenhills, Metro Manila. The
Customer Care
Executive will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions to issues, maintaining communication with customers, and supporting sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
