Territory Sales Representative

Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines R-MERK DRUG, INC. Full time ₱20,000 - ₱280,000 per year

  • Products to be handled are dangerous drugs

  • Manage and direct the sales force to achieve their monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target (achieve one hundred percent sales performance vs. sales target monthly, quarterly, and year to date)

  • Designs and implements sales and collection strategies for regulated drugs

  • Sets short-term and long-term sales strategies

  • Monitoring sales and collection – reconciling of accounts if needed with the help of the sales force

  • Makes day-to-day decisions over handles area under the guidance of the management

  • Resolve any conflicts which may arise

  • Creating reports for monitoring one's activities or movement in the field, progress in the field and for accounting purposes

  • Being attuned to the needs and concerns over handled area – including subordinates and clients

  • Coverage of doctors (anesthesiologists) and other key personnel inside the hospital as needed

  • Conducting product presentation and other marketing activities required or requested by target hospital/s together with the assigned medical sales representative in the area

  • Booking sales and collection, inventory of products inside the pharmacy, and delivery of products when needed

-Area handle: own discretion as long as within Luzon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
