The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in designated territories. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, creating and implementing effective sales strategies, and conducting product presentations to highlight features and benefits. The representative will conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system, and collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, with at least two years of sales experience, preferably in a field sales role. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and proficiency in CRM software.
